Biography
I presently lead my researches in the frame of a PhD-contract with la Sorbonne Nouvelle under the directions of Isabelle Ratié and Vincent Eltschinger (ED 625). I have come to this after two master degrees: History of Philosophy, at the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne; Asiatic Studies, at the École pratique des hautes études. These years have made me interested in the indian Madhyamaka, and I have particularly been more and more focused on the negation of the self. Nowadays, I am editing and translating two texts : the section of the Tattvasaṃgraha of Śāntarakṣita its pañjikā of Kamalaśīla, in which they tackle the self as conceived by the Nyāya-Vaiśeṣika; the eigheenth chapter of the Bhāviveka’s commentary of the Mūlamadhyamakakārikā of Nāgārjuna, the *Prajñāpradīpa. I also give a lesson of Introduction to Indian Buddhist Philosophy at la Sorbonne Nouvelle and a lesson of Comparative Philosophy – Introduction to History of Indian Philosophy at la Sorbonne.
