Call for Participants: Indological Manuscript Workshop (Copenhagen, Sept 2026)
An upcoming hands-on workshop, “Premodern Knowledge Systems from Primary Sources,” which will be held in September 2026 at the Department of Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies, University of Copenhagen.
The workshop centers on the Kenneth G. Zysk Indological Manuscript Collection and is designed to provide advanced students with supervised access to primary materials in Sanskrit and Hindi (Brajbhāṣā). Given the technical nature of this archival work, we are limiting participation to six (6) researchers to ensure intensive, high-quality instruction.
We kindly ask that interested candidates review the requirements on the event page, as an advanced level of Sanskrit reading proficiency is essential.
